Terms and Conditions

  • Framed work will not be shipped with glass, or plexi glass.
  • If you wish to purchase work with glass please arrange to collect it from the studio.
  • We suggest that you visit your friendly picture framing shop to purchase the required glazing. They will also be able to add it to the frame for you.
  • Our customer service is exceptional; if you have any issues with your product or any questions at all please do not hesitate to send us a message via email.
  • All emails will be read and answered within 48 hours (please be sure to check your spam folder too!)
  • Shipping methods and timing will vary depending on the destination. Tracking details will be sent via email.
  • We will endeavor to get your item packaged and shipped as quickly as possible.
Return Policy

I realize that buying art without actually seeing the piece in person can be problematic. 99% of the time, the buyer is thrilled because the painting looks so much better in person.  The camera cannot show subtleties in paint and texture that can be seen in person.

But, rarely, the color (or some other aspect of the painting) just does not work.


Return the painting within 2 weeks of the purchase date, in it's original mailing container. Buyer pays for return shipping. Upon receipt of the undamaged painting, a full refund, or credit towards another painting will be issued.
